Skill Sets:  Technical Support Associate
•Candidates interested towards working for a Voice based global IT Helpdesk work environment
•Ready to work in 24/7 work environment, mostly evening and night shifts
•2 weekly offs; consecutive. Any two days of the week
•Job role: Problem and Incident Management from IT Infra standpoint
•It’s a B2B voice process

Eligibility Criteria: 
HSC: 12 months of Int. voice or 24 months of domestic or non-voice BPO Work Experience
SSC + 3 Years of Polytechnic Diploma:(Experience / Fresher’s can also apply)
HSC + 3 Years of Polytechnic Diploma:(Experience / Fresher’s can also apply)
Graduation Any Stream: (Experience / Fresher’s can also apply)
B.Tech / BE Fresher’s are eligible :- (2015 pass-out Aggregate (%) percentage should be 60% or below 60 %)
For current year:
For BE / B.Tech 2016 candidates: Aggregate engineering candidates till 7th Semester should not exceed 55%

Education:   Any Graduates / BE / B.Tech / Diploma
