*Updating daily feedback per visit
*Ensuring receipt is given to customers for every transaction
*Depositing cheque/cash at branch within stipulated timelines
*Adhering to processes and timelines
*Coordinating with repo and litigation team
*Roll back to early buckets
*Ensure customer does not become GNPA
*Converting GNPA customers through various mechanisms
*Identification of customers for restructuring
