  1. Fresher with excellent communication skills
  2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience in product support via Chat & email
  3. Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  4. Capable of thinking critically
  5. Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly and independently
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  7. Proactive approach (ability to discern trends and solutions to process/user issues, ability to innovate and suggest process improvements)
  8. Excellent written communication skills in English for email and chat support channels
  9. Enthusiasm for customer service
  10. Passion for Google's consumer products, with a strong desire to acquire in-depth product knowledge
  11. Good keyboarding skills
  12. Team player with very good interpersonal skills and forward-looking attitude
  13. Open to ​ideas/feedback

Education:         B.Sc / BA / B.Com / BCA / B.Tech / Any Graduates
