*Trouble shooting for Broadband related issues
*Setting up wireless connection on Laptops and Desktops.
*Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and Switches.
*Dealing with network connectivity LAN, WAN and MAN.
*Information related to customer order for new connection.
* Excellent Communication Skills with neutral accent for Voice Process.
*Shift based role (Night/ Rotational Shift)
*Basic knowledge of networking concepts required for broadband related to trouble shooting

Education:       Any Graduates, BE, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, MCA
