- Candidates for Production Support requirement
- Candidates with Application Production Support/Maintenance experience with Unix experience (as primary skills) can attend these interviews.
- This role is responsible for the maintenance, support, and operations of Production applications running on UNIX servers and UNIX production servers.
- These applications undergo multiple upgrades and enhancements throughout its life based on business and technical needs.
- The candidate should ensure a steady and healthy state of these applications by diagnosing and resolving application issues and ensure optimal performance and usability for various system users.
- They should also provide root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.
- Deployment of applications on the UNIX servers and sanity testing of the same. Level 1 support on the issues found.
- Job Knowledge
- Unix Shell Scripting (primary skill)
- Knowledge in writing SQL queries/ Java, Monitoring tools like Icinga will be added advantage.
Education: Any Graduates, BE, B.Tech, MCA, ME, M.Tech
Experience: 2 to 4 Yrs
