Skill Sets: Analyst-System Development

*Design and Develop Enterprise Applications in Java/J2EE.
1.High analytical and debugging skills
2.Working knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate,  (WID BPEL working knowledge preferable)
3.Experience / knowledge in writing SQL queries and knowledge of any RDBMS
4.Knowledge in service oriented architecture, XML, XSL, Webservices and MQ is preferable.
5.Ability to develop and deploying enterprise applications using Oracle Weblogic or IBM WebSphere
