3. Excellent reading comprehension and ability to follow instructions
4. Knowledge of networking concepts, NMS, LAN/WAN, VLANs, Routing, Networking, etc. is a plus
5. Highly driven and motivated self-learner
6. Team player who approaches work with a cheerful attitude
7. Takes ownership and pride in work
8. Knowledge of Linux/Unix is a plus
