Roels and Responsiblity:
- End User Automation Team is responsible for handling Development, Implementation, Support and Maintenance of End User Automation Tools for desktops & laptops.
- EUA Team is mainly focused on reducing the incidents approaching to service desk with respect to desktops and laptops with automated tools or solutions.
- My Support Manager, D-Matrix, PM Toolkit, PrintEZ, Credential Administrator, Power Saver Tool etc.. are some of the tools developed and supported by EUA Team.
- As part of the project, Desktop Automation Engineer s responsibility will be to develop automated tools or solutions as per the client requirement, which involves each phase of SDLC starting from requirement analysis to development, Testing and maintenance.
