Job Description: "Customer Support Executive" for "Non-Voice process"
- Handle customer queries & complaints that come through email
- Depending on the nature of email provide appropriate response
- Assist customers with the accurate information/resolution via email
- Reach out to customers with critical issue and ensure closure
- Ensure customer retention by converting disgruntled customers to potential users of the service in future
Skill Sets:
Education: Any Graduates / BE / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA- Excellent written communication
- Skilled enough to understand written query to provide resolution.
- Retain customers by providing quality service.
- Identify and escalate priority customer concerns.
- Basic computer knowledge.
