Job Description: Data Analyst Non Voice
*Complaint Management.
*Solving Customer queries.
*Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
*Maintaining quality standards.
*Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set.
*Generating Purchase orders and editing the same to suite internal/customer requirements.
*Managing and updating customer and client database.
Skill Sets:
-Fluency in English.
- Good Analytical and Interpretation Skills
-Typing speed - 20 wpm with 90% accuracy.
-Good written and verbal communication skills / multilingual skills.
Essential Requirement:
*Good written and Oral communication skills
