1.4-8 years of strong Java / J2EE Development Experience
2.Very Strong in Core Java with EJB, JMS on Weblogic Application Server
3.Experienced in Spring Framework = Experienced in UI / Java based front end using HTML5 (JQuery, Angular, etc.)
4.Should be able to have a technical discussion with the Customer
5.Should be able to work independently
6.Should be excellent in communication
