BE/BTech/BCA/BSc

Years of Experience 
Freshers (0 to 1 Year)

Job Skills Required
-Understanding & Knowledge of multiple desktop programs, configuration and debugging techniques
-Excellent problem resolution skill, judgment and decision making skills
-Supporting Windows platform, Microsoft Office 2003 or later, Outlook
-Rectify hardware issues, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices both in person and remotely
-Good in TCP/IP and general networking issues
-Knowledge of supporting MAC users would be an added advantage
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
