Guidewire Tester
COE - Testing
Roles & Responsibility
- Candidate must have Insurance domain experience specifically in Guidewire Policy Center
- Should have worked on integration of Guidewire Policy Center with other Guidewire component e.g. GW Billing Center and GW Claim Center
- Must have worked in core Insurance testing area for more than 1 year
- Prepare Test estimation and review with respective Project POC's
- Responsible for creating test cases / test data matching the requirement
- Review the Test cases/Test data with stakeholder for signoff
- Perform Test case execution & log defects
- Participate in defect triaging and provide data justification on the defects
- Escalate any application/project issues in a timely manner
- Domain knowledge: Concept of Risk and Types, Basic characteristics of Insurance, Principals of Insurance, Types of Insurance, Concepts of Reinsurance, Insurance Industry Overview .
- Very good understanding of testing processes and concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Communication skills
- Good Presentation skills
