Job Description:
Process Executive Voice:
For Claims, RCM, Provider Services:
Handle calls on behalf of Provider and Payers for benefit queries, open claims for updating Member/Provider Record, follow up schedules with patients as part of the wellness program and so on. In addition they also resolve inquiries from other departments/ claimants regarding the incomplete, underpaid claims and perform activities in accordance with the status of the claim like reprocessing, appeal details etc.
For Member Services:
Handle calls from members for open enrolment in Medicare Part D and commercial Healthcare plans and corporate insurance plans. Administer annual re-enrollment premium billing, cash verification, and perform other related work as required.
Make and Answer calls to and from customers/end users based on agreed time frames
Transfer calls involving next level of service to the appropriate department as per the given guidelines
