*B2B & B2C Inbound Contact Center/Backend of a Digital Product Co.
*Its a blended process with 80% voice & 20% emails catering to service request related to Inkjet & Laser Printer/Home Appliances/ LCD &LEDs/ laptops /Camcorder etc.
*Candidates are expected to speak to customers and provide service assistance within a specified time along with displaying true customer centricity.

Skill Sets:  Good Communication Skills
Education:   BCA, BE, B.Tech, B.Sc, Diploma
