1.) Semi-Technical Voice Process 
Process : Semi Technical Process ( Troubleshooting of electronic appliances)
Education: Hiring B.Tech, BCA and B.Sc only with good communication Skills

2.)BtoC Credit Card Payment Collection
Process: Credit Card Collectionsf
Education: Hiring Any Graduate & Undergraduate with good communication skills.

3.) Australian Process 
Shift window - 3:00 am-3:00 pm (any 9 hours)
Location - Gurgaon

4) Domestic Process 
Requirement
1)This is a knowledge centric process.
2) Candidates are expected to speak to customers and provide correct resolution within a specified time.
3) Candidate should have good communication skills.
4) Candidate should be time flexible.
5) Candidate should be able to work in a competitive environment.
6) Experience in Customer Support preferred.
