Job Description: 
*Daily Managing of All Distressed Orders Assigned.
*Managing the Emails from Customers /Sales & other Internal Dell teams
*Manage the SLAs of EMAIL queue.
*Be the point of contact (POC) for managing/driving open/multiple contact queries for Sales/Carriers.
*Meet GDST targets Of Conversions / Quality & SLA & other Performance Goals communicated by *Management from time to time
*Attempt to clear work queues every hour/day and ensure they are at 0 at the end of the shift
*Ensure on time attendance and no NCNS
*Ensure 100% compliance with agreed P & P

*Identify Opportunity areas of Improvement and Drive BE Projects

Skill Sets: Order Management Associate

*Should have excellent communication skills in English.

Education:  Any Graduates (B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA are not eligible)

Experience: 0 to 1 Yrs Freshers (2015 Batch) -  More Freshers Jobs
