Eligibility Criteria: KPO Back Office in Capital Markets / Investment Banking

Freshers:
Minimum 60% in all academics - SSC, HSC, Graduation & Post graduation (if any)
Graduation should be regular full time

Lateral/ Experienced:
Minimum 50% in all academics - SSC, HSC, Graduation & Post graduation (if any)

Selection Process:
1.Aptitude Test for candidates lest than 6 months
2.Capital Markets Test for candidates 6 months and above

Education:  Any Graduates
*Full Time MBA not Requred
*Appeared / Completed CA / CFA / CS / ICWA / CPT / IPCC Not Required.

Experience:  0 to 2 Yrs (Freshers / Experienced)  - More Freshers Jobs
