Job Details / Role
Spicejet Limited conducting walkin drive for the position of Sr.Executive in HR Department for Gurgaon on 4th & 5th January,2017 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Please find the below job description.

A) Employee Mediclaim Insurance Policy: Process(Day to day Activity) :- 

- Handling Cashless + Reimbursement claims. Follow-up with the TPA(E-meditek) for immediate approval.
- Handling Employees Grievances/Query redressal on mails/Phone calls.
- Capturing Medical Enrollment data for New Joiners/Existing employee for medical + PA endorsement.
- Co-coordinating with Insurance Team for timely endorsement. After endorsement Follow-up with the TPA for medical card/E-card delivery/updation.
- Sending monthly Attrition data to Insurance Team for medical endorsement deactivation etc.

B) Statutory Part :- 

- Handling Statutory Forms like Form 1(ESI Nomination), Form F(Gratuity Form), Form 2(PF Nomination Form), Form 11(KYC declaration) & Master Tracker updation for new Joiners.
- PF Withdrawal/Transfer (Form 19 & 10C / form 13 ) etc. maintaining Master PF withdrawal Tracker/Eligibility Register, other MIS related to Statutory part, Vendor co ordination.
- Generating/Co ordinating with Vendors for Temporary ESIC cards to the employees and helping them.
- Resolving All PF and ESIC related queries.

C) MIS updation/Reports generation :- 

- Maintaining Employee Master Data, Reports Generation, Reports Analysis etc.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint is must.

Education Qualification
MBA in Human Resources

Years of Experience
3 - 4 yrs

Skills Required
- Excellent Communication skills,
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is essential.
- Good Command over Spoken English.
- Excellent problem solving skills
