  2. Quickly learn new project requirements.
  3. Help design processes for QA of entered data.
  4. Communicate and participate on project forums.
  5. Optimize existing processes, and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes.
  6. Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction and help drive programs to improve numbers.
